Employees who avail themselves of this Early Retirement Program who do not yet meet the age and service year requirements provided in § 766a of Title 3, may not be contracted or hold any position whatsoever in the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, pursuant to the provisions on double compensation established in the Political Code.
