All matters concerning administrative hearing procedures, adjudicative procedures, and reconsiderations and review of orders and resolutions issued by the Commissioner, shall be governed by the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as “Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”, and by the regulations promulgated thereunder.
