§ 824. Destruction of records

Upon previous authorization and under the supervision of the Secretary of the Treasury the Bank may destroy the books, records or original documents after having photographed their contents, after the lapse of ten (10) years from the date of the last entry in such books or records or from the date any obligation has ceased to be demandable under the documents in its possession.
