§ 803. Principal office; branches

The principal office of the Labor Bank shall be located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Such branches as the Board of Directors of the Labor Bank may deem necessary may be established, but the same shall be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury. The Board of Directors may request the transfer of its principal office and branches from one place to another. This transfer shall be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury after determining that it is advantageous and convenient to the community.
