Any officer, director, employee or agent of the Bank who receives or agrees to receive anything of value from any person or enterprise, for procuring for him or it, or for any other person or enterprise, any loan, or the purchase of or discount on any negotiable document of the Bank shall be guilty of a felony and punished by imprisonment for a minimum term of one (1) year and a maximum of five (5) years or with a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or double the amount received by said director, official, employee, or agent of the Bank, whichever is the greatest of the two, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
