P.R. Laws tit. 7, § 557
The Bank shall file in the Department of State of Puerto Rico, annually, within ninety (90) days after the close of its fiscal year, a report sworn to by an officer or by any two (2) directors of the Bank, stating:
(1) The name of the Bank;
(2) the location, town or city, street and number, if there is a number, of its main office in Puerto Rico;
(3) a statement of financial condition for the last fiscal year, and
(4) the names and post office addresses of all directors and officers of the Bank and the time when the term of office of each expires.
The statement of financial condition shall be published by the Bank in a newspaper of general circulation in Puerto Rico.
