All matters related to administrative hearings procedure, adjudicatory proceedings and judicial review shall be set forth by regulations to be promulgated by the Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”.
