(a) The third week of the month of March of each year, starting upon the approval of this act, is hereby declared as the “Entrepreneurial Social Responsibility Week” in Puerto Rico.
(b) The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, by means of a proclamation published through the news media, shall exhort the Puerto Rican private business sector, commerce and industry to carry out activities to promote awareness of the importance of practices that uphold entrepreneurial social responsibility.
(c) The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in coordination with the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, shall carry out activities annually pursuant to the purposes of this section.
