(a) The first week of the month of June of each year is hereby declared “Gastronomical Week”.
(b) The Monday of “Gastronomical Week” shall be devoted to the holding of official functions addressed to the acknowledgement of bartenders.
(c) The Friday of “Gastronomical Week” shall be devoted to the holding of official functions addressed to the acknowledgement of chefs and cuisine professionals.
(d) The Governor, through a proclamation, shall make a public recognition of all restaurants on their week, and, on their respective days, in recognition of chefs and cuisine professionals, for their contribution to the culinary art, and bartenders, for their contribution to the creation of new drinks.
