(a) The second week of June of each year is hereby declared as the Small and Medium-sized Retailer Merchants Week.
(b) The celebration of the official acts directed towards that recognition shall be held on Friday of the Small and Medium-sized Retailer Merchants Week.
(c) On this week the Governor, through a proclamation, shall express public recognition of the Small and Medium-Sized Retail Merchants for their contribution to social progress.
