(a) To officially declare Friday of the Library Week as the “Librarian’s Day”.
(b) The Governor, through a proclamation which shall be diffused by the news media, shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico to render a tribute of gratitude and admiration to librarians as professionals of information in just recognition of their meritorious work.
(c) The government agencies concerned shall adopt the measures needed to implement the purposes of this section through the organization and celebration of acts to give recognition to these valuable public servants our professionals of information.
