If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this chapter were declared unconstitutional by judicial determination, the holding to that effect, shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The effect of the judicial determination shall be limited to the clause, paragraph, subsection, section or the provision declared unconstitutional.
