§ 473. Final report

(a) Upon conclusion of the transition process, the Incoming Transition Committee shall draft a written report entitled “Final Report of the Transition Process”.

(b) The Final Report of the Transition Process shall include the most important and significant aspects of the information obtained during the transition process.

(c) The format of the Final Report of the Transition Process shall be similar to that of the transition reports.

(d) The Incoming Transition Committee shall render the Final Report of the Transition Process to the incoming Governor and to the outgoing Governor no later than seven (7) days after the conclusion of the transition process, which must conclude no later than December 31 of the election year. The Incoming Transition Committee shall also publish this Final Report on the Internet in order to enable its access to the citizenry and interested persons.

(e) The Incoming Transition Committee shall also remit a copy of the Final Report on the Transition Process, no later than seven (7) days after the Governor takes office, to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and to the Comptroller of Puerto Rico.
