After one hundred and twenty (120) days have elapsed from the effective date of this act, the Agricultural Extension Service of the University of Puerto Rico shall prepare an exhibit of the model of our typical dress, and keep it open to the public during reasonable hours, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. After this same date, the entity will also make available to the public, information and illustrations of the design and history of the typical Puerto Rican dress, and will take the necessary steps so that the patterns for the dress in the different sizes will be readily available.
