For the purposes of this chapter, the President of the Commission, with the approval of the Governor, may request the services, facilities and personnel of any public agency, and they may provide and offer them. Any official or employee of a public agency that is transferred temporarily to the Commission by virtue of the provisions of this section shall retain all the rights, benefits, classification and position he/she holds in the original public agency.
The Commission may, likewise, with the approval of the Governor, request any public agency to perform any study, investigation or analysis related to the agency that is deemed necessary or convenient to achieve the purposes of this chapter.
