§ 194. Use of sirens

It is hereby prohibited to use sirens on any motor vehicle, whether public or private, of the Commonwealth or Municipal Government or of the Government of the Capital, and on pedal bicycles, excepting those vehicles which are used as ambulances or fire-engines, and those belonging to the Police of Puerto Rico.
