The Secretary shall proceed to notify the citizens of the provisions of this act from the date of its approval until its effectiveness, using the communications media that he/she deems pertinent, but in every case, shall publish a concise summary of the main provisions of the Act in a newspaper of general circulation.
Furthermore, an informational brochure shall also be published that contains an account of all the provisions of this chapter, although they may be summarized briefly. Said informational brochure shall be available in print so that all persons may request it in the Department of Transportation and Public Works and it shall also be published on the Internet.
