No vehicle shall travel on nor park on said exclusive lane, with the exception of the motorcycle patrol units of the Traffic Division of the Puerto Rico Police, in special situations and in the performance of their duty, as well as those authorized by law or by the Secretary, pursuant to the provisions of § 5601 of this title.
