§ 3225a. Advertising without holding a dealer’s license

Any natural or juridical person who, acting as a middleman as defined in this chapter, publishes an advertisement in a newspaper or uses signs or electronic media without holding a dealer license issued by the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall be guilty of a fourth-degree felony and punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
