§ 3223. Violations—Operating business with revoked or cancelled license, patent or authorization

Any owner or administrator who operates any of the businesses mentioned in § 3222 of this title after his/her license, permit, municipal license or authorization to operate the same has been revoked shall incur a misdemeanor.
