§ 3221. Violations—Furnishing false information or failure to furnish

Any person who, pursuant to the provisions in this chapter, is compelled to inform the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works or the Puerto Rico Police of certain facts and fails to do so or knowingly, or having reason to believe that it is false, furnishes it as true, shall incur a misdemeanor.
