§ 3219. Violations—Identification numbers; mutilation, alteration, destruction or modification

Any person who voluntarily erases, mutilates, overlays, alters, destroys, removes, detaches or otherwise modifies the motor or serial number or any other identification number of a motor vehicle or part printed by the manufacturer or person designated by the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall incur a fourth degree felony.
