§ 3210. Obligations—Puerto Rico Police; marginal notation

The Puerto Rico Police shall notify the Secretary, and he/she shall immediately incorporate an annotation or warning in the margin of the vehicle’s registration in the Register, of every vehicle reported as missing, written off as a total loss, stolen, illegally appropriated, subject to investigation, confiscated or exported. The police complaint number, the name and address of the complainant or person claiming the unit, or the confiscation file number, whichever the case shall be, shall also be indicated.
