§ 2409. Crossing highways on foot or with machines; penalties

It is hereby prohibited to cross or walk along the surface or roadway of the highway using machines or objects that may cause damages to it unless a permit is previously obtained from the Department.

Any person who violates the provisions of this section or who does not comply with the requisites of the permit obtained shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) and shall be under the obligation to pay for the damages caused to the highway.
