Any person acting pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2022-2034 of this title shall not be held liable in their personal capacity in any claim against the HTA and/or the ITA for actions taken as a result of the provisions of §§ 2022-2034 of this title, unless such actions are considered criminal acts or reckless disregard.
