§ 4042. Cancellation of the certificate for failure to pay annual fees

A certificate of formation of a DLLC shall be deemed to be cancelled in the event that the DLLC fails to comply with its obligation to pay the fees established in § 4043 of this title for a period of three (3) consecutive years, counted as of the date in which the first of said payments became due.
