§ 858. Collection of fees of public documents—Interest, costs and attorney’s fees excluded from amount

In computing the consideration of the documents to which §§ 851—858 of this title refer, there shall not be included additional credits for interest, moratorium interest, or of costs and attorney’s fees guaranteed by the contract.
