§ 670. Penalty for failure to furnish information; false statements

Any official who shall refuse or neglect to furnish the information relating to matters connected with this service, required of him by the Director of the Bureau of Statistics, and any official or person who shall wilfully make a false statement in the blanks supplied to him or in the reports he has been requested to submit, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
