Under judicial statistics a separate examination shall be made of felonies and misdemeanors, each of these to be specified substantially as follows: Felonies
(a) Cases adjudged. — Names of defendants.-Whether confined or at large, and amount of bonds.-Classification of the crime.-Nature of the trial.-Verdict.-Petitions subsequent to the verdict.-Decision of the court.-Date of the sentence.-Punishment imposed.-Appeal taken.
(b) Dismissal of proceedings. — Name of defendants.-Date of the complaint.-Crimes charged.-Motion of the prosecuting attorney.
Misdemeanors:
Names of defendants.-Whether confined or at large, and the amount of the bail-bond.-Classification of the offense.-Date of sentence.-Appeal taken.
Appeals.-Names of defendants.-Offenses charged.-Whether confined or at large, and amount of bond.-Court from which the appeal is taken.-Punishment imposed by the trial court.-Penalty imposed in the appellate court.-Appeal taken therefrom.
The judicial statistics shall also comprise a statement of applications for habeas corpus, certiorari, mandamus, and such other similar remedies as may be availed of in criminal cases.
