§ 525. Penalties

Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty has been provided, or of the rules adopted hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, punished by a fine of not less than twenty [dollars] ($20) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment in jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court.
