(1) The Secretary of the Supreme Court shall furnish a copy of the Decisiones de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Reports), of the new Puerto Rico Digest and of the fascicles of the Puerto Rico Reports to the following officials and entities:
(a) The Governor of Puerto Rico.
(b) The members of the Legislature.
(c) The Judges of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
(d) The Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico in Washington.
(e) The Government Secretaries.
(f) To the Secretary of Justice for the use of the lawyers of said department, the district prosecuting attorneys, the Registrars of Property and any other officers that may be designated by said Secretary, two hundred (200) copies.
(g) The Secretaries and Sergeants at Arms of the Senate and of the House of Representatives.
(h) The Secretary, the Compiler and Publicist and the Translations Office of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
(i) To the Office of Legislative Services of the Legislature, three (3) copies.
(j) To the Court Administration for the use of the judicial branch and of said office, two hundred fifty (250) copies.
(k) To the Office of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in Washington, D.C.
(l) To the Civil Rights Commission through its Executive Director.
(2) The Secretary of the Supreme Court shall also furnish a copy of the publications to which the above paragraph refers and of the Puerto Rico Reports to:
(a) The Supreme Court of the United States, three (3) copies.
(b) The Court of Appeals of the United States for the First Circuit.
(c) The Judges of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
(d) The Referee in Bankruptcy of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
(3) There shall also be furnished a copy of the Puerto Rico Reports to the following officers:
(a) The Governor of Puerto Rico.
(b) The library of the Legislative Services Office of the Legislature, three (3) copies.
(c) The Judges of the Supreme Court and three (3) copies to the Library of the Supreme Court.
(d) The Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico in Washington.
(e) The Secretary, the Compiler and Publicist of Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and to the head of the Translations Office of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
(f) To the Office of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in Washington, D.C.
(g) The Secretary of Justice, twenty (20) copies.
(h) To the Civil Rights Commission of Puerto Rico through its Executive Director and to the Office of the Controller of Puerto Rico.
(4) The copies of the Decisiones de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico Reports), of the Puerto Rico Reports and of the new Puerto Rico Digest which shall be furnished to the officers of the Government of Puerto Rico, shall be kept and delivered by them to their successors in office. The aforesaid provision shall not apply to the Governor, to the members of the Legislature and to the Judges of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
(5) The copies of the Puerto Rico Reports, published in excess of the number which, in conformity with the terms of this section, are furnished to officers and to the agencies designated, shall be kept in the Supreme Court for future use of the judiciary branch. The copies of the Puerto Rico Reports published in excess of the number which, in conformity with the terms of this section, are furnished to the officers of entities designated, may be sent by the Supreme Court to courts of the United States or may be exchanged for similar publications.
