Within three days after the service of the certificate upon the former marshal he must deliver to his successor:
(1) All process and orders for the arrest of a party, and all papers relating to the summoning of a trial jury, which have not been fully executed.
(2) All executions, attachments and final process, as well as all other documents he possesses by virtue of his office, except those which he has executed, by the collections of money or a levy on property.
