After every bar examination, the Executive Director may dispose of the answer notebooks of the applicants who passed the examination. In all other cases, the Executive Director may dispose of said notebooks, provided that, in order to make feasible the procedure laid down in Rules 2(c) and 10, he keep at least the notebooks of the last three (3) bar examinations of the applicants who have failed the test. He may dispose of those notebooks once the applicant has taken the examination for a fourth time.
