Soon after the results of the bar examination are known, the Executive Director shall provide the Committee on Character of Applicants for Admission to the Bar with a certified list of all the applicants who passed the examination, a copy of the notice and the sworn statement mentioned in Rule 3(b)(2) and, with regard to every applicant who passed the test, copies of the documents listed in Rule 2(b)(1) in its paragraphs (A), (C), (D), (E), (J), and (K), and any communications that may have been received regarding the applicant’s character and conduct.
