Rule 3. Notes of district judge to approve summary of testimony

The judge presiding at the hearing of a case shall take the notes he deems necessary, summarizing the testimonies of the witnesses and all the incidents of the case for the purpose of approving the statement of the case or the narrative statement of the evidence when needed for an appeal before the Court of First Instance.
