Rule 21. Delegation

The Chief Justice may delegate to the Administrative Director of the Courts any of the powers and duties of his administrative function entrusted to him by these rules.

The Administrative Judge may delegate to one or more of the judges of his part any of his powers and duties except those which because of their nature are not delegable.
