§ 3058. Violations and penalties

(a) The administrative boards may impose a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) and not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in each case, on any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated hereunder.

(b) In the event that a person fails to comply with any order or resolution issued by the administrative boards, a fine may be imposed that shall not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each case.

(c) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter may be prevented from participating in the incentive and subsidy programs for the sector or groups of sectors group pursuant to the regulations established for such purposes, and of §§ 10401 et seq. of Title 13, known as the “Agricultural Incentives Tax Act of Puerto Rico”.
