§ 184. Farm credit security—Limitation of loans

The sum total of all loans and credits secured by the Farm Credit Corporation under the terms of §§ 181—185a of this title and §§ 241 et seq. of Title 28 shall not be more than one hundred and twenty million dollars ($120,000,000).

Provided, That under no circumstances shall the security of a loan granted to a natural or juridical person by a legally established credit institution or by a supplier exceed the sum of six million dollars ($6,000,000). If there were a loan or credit application which exceeds the sum of six million dollars ($6,000,000), the determination to grant said loan or credit or not shall be subject to the approval of the Board created hereby.
