The Administration shall have as its purpose to encourage the stability and permanence of the farmer in the exploitation of his farm through subsidies, incentives, and the reimbursement of supplementary wage payments, to carry out practices leading to a greater and better agricultural production. It shall also have the responsibility of administering the appropriations of government funds for the payment of incentives, subsidies and reimbursement of supplementary wage payments to farmers, and carry out any other similar or related activities and actions, that tend to encourage agricultural development.
