For the purposes of this chapter the following terms shall have the definitions expressed hereinbelow:
(a) Administration. — Shall mean the government instrumentality created by this chapter known as the Agricultural Development Administration.
(b) Director. — Shall mean the chief executive of the Agricultural Development Administration, duly appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to this chapter.
(c) Secretary. — Shall mean the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
