The Secretary of Agriculture shall issue periodic reports to the Legislature every three (3) months regarding the process for the promulgation and adoption of the Special Zoning Resolution to be established in the Coloso Valley. Said periodic reports shall also include information regarding the measures and actions taken, as well as the plans devised to achieve the design and implementation of the Plan for the Comprehensive Development of said Valley.
