There are hereby transferred to the Department of Agriculture for the use of the Fishing Promotion, Development and Administration Program, all properties, furnishings, real estate, properties in usufruct, subsidiaries, files, licenses, permits, funds, remainders of funds, assets, liabilities, contracts (except work contracts), as well as the programs and functions of the Corporation for the Development and Administration of the Marine, Lacustrine and Fluvial Resources of Puerto Rico (CODREMAR), except as provided in § 1526 of this title. This includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Fishing port facilities that belong to CODREMAR.
(2) The inventory of facilities, equipment, materials and other assets in the fishing ports that belong to CODREMAR.
(3) The operations of the fishing gear store, with its inventory, located in the Arroyo fishing facilities.
