§ 35b. Rules and regulations; payment by farmer of operation expenses

The Secretary of Agriculture shall be empowered to prescribe rules and regulations to fulfill the purposes of this chapter; it being understood that, in order that the cost of this service be as low as possible, the farmer shall pay only the operation expenses of the machinery and the equipment. By operation expenses it will be understood only the cost of the fuel and the oil, and the wages to be paid to the worker or workers operating the machinery and the equipment for the time worked on the farm of the farmer.
