§ 815b. Prohibitions

The introduction into and the marketing in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of fowls suffering from infectious and/or contagious diseases, and of fowls and hatching eggs that are carriers or spreaders of, or that have been exposed to, infectious and/or contagious diseases, is prohibited.
