Any violation of §§ 788—790, 792, 793 of this title, or of any regulation promulgated by the Secretary of Health, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200), or, in default thereof, by imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than one (1) month. Likewise shall any violation of § 791 of this title hereof be considered a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200), or, in default thereof, by imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than three (3) months. Repetition of the offense shall entail in addition to the above fines, imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than one (1) month nor more than six (6) months.
