§ 790. Regulation of antigen and vaccine—Import declaration

Every importer of Brucella abortus antigen and/or brucellosis (Bang’s disease or contagious abortion) vaccine shall, on the date said products are received in Puerto Rico, or before, if possible, render to the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico an import declaration.
