§ 692. Violations without specific penalty

Every person who violates any provision of §§ 661—694 of this title, or of any order or regulation issued in pursuance of the provisions thereof, in respect to which no penalty is hereinbefore provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200).
