§ 385. Regulations—Analyses, apparatus, etc

The Department is hereby empowered to prescribe the rules and regulations it deems proper with regard to taking of samples, analysis and computations. The Department shall be empowered to cause all weighing and measuring devices used by the mills to be calibrated and shall determine whether the laboratory equipment used in each mill is adequate and sufficient and shall see to it that the rules and regulations prescribed by this section are strictly complied with by the mills.
