The Inspector or the officer designated by him/her may impose administrative [fines] on any natural or juridical person up to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for any violation of this chapter, or of the regulations approved by the Office of the Inspector. Should a cooperative fail to submit a report required by the Inspector on time, he/she may impose a fine of ten dollars ($10) for every day of delinquency.
