Housing cooperatives submitted to the member-owner cooperative housing regime shall be created pursuant to Subchapters III and IV of this chapter, with the exception that in addition to the provisions of § 4410 of this title, they shall also submit a draft of the master deed for the constitution of this regime, as it is to be submitted to the Property Registry for the consideration of the Cooperative Development Administration.
